Patatas Bravas

Patatas Bravas, a quintessential Spanish tapas, tantalises the taste buds with its harmonious blend of textures and flavours. This dish features tender potato cubes that are perfectly fried to a golden crispness, creating a delightful contrast between the creamy interior and the satisfying crunch of the exterior. The essence of Patatas Bravas lies in its vibrant sauce duo—a marriage of heat and tang.

A rich and smoky tomato-based bravas sauce, often carrying a hint of paprika, envelops the potatoes, infusing them with a robust depth of flavor.
